As you've probably noticed, the quality of North Pasture Farms meats is far superior to what you can purchase in stores. As such, you may need to modify your cooking techniques. Eugene (Chicago, IL) shared his favorite technique for grilling North Pasture Farms ribeye to highlight it's rich taste.
Heat a gas grill to 550 degrees.
For a medium rare steak, cook each ribeye for only 2 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and let rest for approximately 3 minutes.
