Easy dog food recipe using a base of North Pasture Farms pet food, rice, and veggies.

- (2 lbs) Pet Food
- (2 cups) Brown rice
- (4 cups) Water
- (2 cups) Green beans
- (1 cup) Oatmeal
- (1/2 cup) Lard
- (4) Eggs
- (2 teaspoons) Rosemary
Directions
Here's an easy recipe from one of our customers for dog food. Great, nutritious, easy to digest ingredients for your favorite pooch!
Start with 2 pounds North Pasture Farms pet food. Add it to crock pot on high.
Add 2 cups of brown rice, uncooked.
Add 4 cups of water.
Add 2 cans of green beans or any veggie that your dogs like. I used green beans this time but I also use carrots or sweet potatoes. Or you can combine them all.
Add 1 cup of oatmeal.
Add 1/2 cup of lard.
Add 4 eggs.
Add 2 teaspoons rosemary.
Stir well and cook on high for 3 hours or until crumbly.
