The Woodbury pickup location is at Christine's house.  Customers either meet the van when it arrives (it is usually pretty much on time) or they come by within a half hour or so and pick up from the spot in front of Christine's garage where the orders reside.  If you can't make it there within about a half hour of pickup time, it is best to contact Christine and set something up.  The van is there fairly early in the morning so it will usually be pretty cool but if the meat sits there in the sun all day it will not be a good thing.
