The Shorewood pickup location is located at Susie's house on Farwell Ave.   Please leave a parking place for the van right in front of her house.  The van usually gets there pretty much on time but customers can call or text Steve and Caroline ahead of time a bit to see if they are running on schedule or not.  It is a little pickup party every time there is a drop off.  People meet and chat while waiting for the van to arrive, then stand around while Steve calls out names and passes out orders.  If you can't make it on time, give Susie a call or text and let her know when you will be there.
