The Shoreview (formerly Snail Lake) pickup locations is located at Shannon's house.  Her house is on the cul-de-sac formed where Hanska Court almost meets Hodgson Rd.  The van usually arrives pretty much on time but customers can call or text Steve or Caroline to find out if they are on schedule or not.  You can arrive a bit ahead of time and pick up directly from Steve and Caroline or get there within a half hour of drop time and pick up from the cooler that Shannon has near the end of her driveway.  If you are going to be there later than a half hour after drop time please contact Shannon and let her know what is happening.  No worries.
