Nora's house has a sloping driveway and the van usually parks in the driveway. If you get there before the van does, please park your car so the van and pull up and back into the driveway. Customers usually meet the van at Nora's place for pickup though if you can't make it there while the van is there, coming by within a half hour or so is also totally fine.
