Chuck Steak is also called Blade Steak, 7 Bone Steak, Ranch Steak, Chuck Wagon Steak, or poor man's ribeye. It is a tougher cut of steak but it has a LOT of flavor so if cooked right, it is as good or better than a ribeye.
The best way to cook a chuck steak is after it has marinated, or cook it low and slow. I like chuck steak that is cooked in the crock pot and then stuck on the grill to finish it off. I am sure there are other methods of cooking a tougher type of steak.
Package size: Chuck steak is usually a bit bigger than normal steaks. Packages of two steaks usually weigh around two pounds or a little more.
